Quote plugin for your website
Give clients an instant, itemised quote on your own website: fees, disbursements and VAT, with what is included, the key stages and timescales. Configure it for your services and prices, then add two lines to your site.

- The quote shows fees, disbursements and VAT, with what is included, what is not, key stages and timescales.
- Under Make it yours, edit the configuration with your own services, fees and wording, then choose Preview changes.
- Download the plugin and your configuration, and copy the two lines of code onto your website.
- The plugin supports the SRA Transparency Rules and collects no data. Your firm stays responsible for its prices and wording.

Add it to your website
- Download the plugin and , and put both files on your website.
- Add these two lines where the quote should appear:
The plugin has no dependencies, works on any website platform that allows a script, and displays in its own sealed area so it does not clash with your site’s styles. Hosting the files yourself keeps everything under your control.

Send quotes straight into your case management system
With the optional connector, a client can send their quote to you from the plugin. The connector creates the contact (or finds the existing one), opens a new matter as an enquiry and adds the itemised quote to it, using one standard set of calls that can be mapped to any case management system with an API. It runs on your side, so your system’s credentials never appear on your website.
- Recalculates every quote from your own configuration, so prices cannot be altered in the browser.
- Finds existing clients by email, avoids duplicate submissions, and retries if your system is busy.
- Requires the client’s consent and a link to your privacy notice; logs never contain personal data.
- Works directly with a REST API, or through Power Automate, Zapier or Make.
Want it set up for you?
We can configure the plugin with your prices and service descriptions, check it against your price transparency obligations, and set up the connector for your case management system so a quote becomes a new enquiry without re-keying.
