About this tool
The court e-bundle builder combines your PDFs into a single electronic bundle in the format the judiciary's guidance on PDF bundles asks for, without uploading anything.
What it produces
- One PDF containing every document, in the order you set, grouped under your section headings.
- An index at the front, listing each document with its description, date and page number, and hyperlinked so a click takes the reader to the document.
- A bookmark for every document, showing its date, description and page, grouped by section, so judges and advocates can navigate from the bookmarks panel.
- Continuous page numbers running from 1, including the index pages, so the bundle page and the PDF page always match.
Who it is for
Litigators, paralegals and support teams preparing bundles for hearings, especially smaller teams without dedicated bundling software.
How it works
Choose your PDFs, put them in order, add section headings, and edit the description and date for each document as they should appear in the index. The bundle is built in your browser, on your own computer. Your documents are never uploaded or sent to us.
Before you file
- The tool does not perform optical character recognition (OCR). Scanned documents should be made text-searchable before you add them.
- Courts and judges can set their own requirements, for example in a court guide, a practice direction or an order. Always check what applies to your hearing, and check the finished bundle before you send it.
